Is this a live call I can join?
No. This is a recording you can watch without calling a phone number or starting a live session.
See a recorded sample call before discussing your own setup. BookedOnMute is still testing; this recording demonstrates one example workflow.
Follow the conversation as a caller would. Is it clear why the assistant asks for each detail? Can you tell what has happened and what is coming next? A useful AI receptionist should help the caller finish the task without making them repeat themselves unnecessarily.
The recording is a sample, not evidence that every phone system, calendar, or business process is supported. Ask to see the exact actions you need using a test setup before connecting live customer information.
For appointment calls, check unavailable times, corrections, cancellations where supported, and confirmation of the final booking. For staff transfers, check a person answering, voicemail, and no answer. These are separate tests; a booking example does not establish that a handoff works in your setup.
This page shows a product demonstration. It does not claim a customer revenue increase, a success rate, or a measured saving. Those results require a defined test period and records of what actually happened.
During a pilot, agree on the call types and outcomes to review. Track completed tasks, failed actions, staff callbacks, and corrections as well as successful calls. Use that evidence to decide which workflows are ready and which need more work.
