Pilot & pricing

Still testing. No standard pricing yet.

We are building and testing BookedOnMute with real business workflows. We have not set standard plans or prices. If you want to explore a pilot, we will talk through your setup and agree on scope and any costs before you commit.

Testing comes first

Start with a defined call flow and review the results together.

No published price list

Standard plans and rates are not finalized.

Scope agreed together

Phone setup, call coverage, connected tools, and staff handoff shape the pilot.

Clear next step

A conversation about fit does not sign you up for a service.

What we need to understand first

Tell us which calls are hardest to handle today: missed calls while the team is busy, after-hours inquiries, repetitive questions, or appointment requests. Starting with one well-defined problem makes the pilot easier to evaluate.

  • Your current phone system and approximate call volume
  • The hours and types of calls you want covered
  • Your calendar or business software and the actions you need
  • Who should receive a transfer or callback request
  • How your team will decide whether the pilot is useful

What we agree before a pilot starts

We discuss the supported workflow, test plan, responsibilities, and any costs together. Standard monthly plans, included usage, setup fees, and ongoing support terms have not been finalized. Do not assume that a demo includes a free trial or a particular service plan.

Before committing, you should have a clear written scope explaining the work, any charges, the test period, and how to pause or finish the pilot. Any later move into an ongoing service needs its own agreed terms.

What a useful pilot should prove

The goal is to find out whether the assistant handles your actual call types clearly and gives your staff the right next step. A smooth sample call is a starting point. Your own setup still needs testing.

  • Names, numbers, and appointment details are confirmed correctly
  • Bookings use the correct calendar and approved rules
  • A caller asking for a person reaches the agreed staff or callback path
  • Unanswered transfers and failed actions have a clear fallback
  • Your team can review outcomes and identify what still needs work
Common questions

What businesses usually want to know first

Is there a monthly price?

Not yet. We are still testing and have not finalized standard plans or rates. We discuss each pilot individually.

Is a pilot free?

Do not assume it is free or paid at a particular rate. Any costs and responsibilities need to be agreed before the pilot starts.

Can I see the product before discussing a pilot?

Yes. Watch the public recorded demo, then tell us about the specific call flow you want to test.

Does asking about a pilot commit my business?

No. The first step is a conversation about your workflow and whether a pilot makes sense.

Map this around your real calls.

Tell us which calls are being missed, how you schedule today, and where a human still needs to stay in the loop. We will tell you what is realistic before you commit.
