SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms govern conversational and transactional text messages sent by or for BookedOnMute LLC.

Effective date: July 27, 2026

1. Program and consent

BookedOnMute LLC sends text messages only after you provide a mobile number and consent through an optional SMS checkbox, a text-message conversation, or another lawful opt-in method. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

The BookedOnMute LLC messaging program supports demo follow-ups, appointment and scheduling updates, secure payment-link delivery, customer support, and other service-related conversations you request.

2. Message types

  • Responses to a demo or information request
  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, changes, and cancellations
  • Secure payment links requested during a call or service conversation
  • Customer support replies and service-status updates
  • Other conversational or transactional messages connected to your request

3. Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, and activity. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. BookedOnMute LLC does not charge a separate fee for receiving its messages, but your carrier may.

4. Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any BookedOnMute LLC text to opt out. We may send one final message confirming the opt-out. After opting out, you will not receive additional texts from that messaging program unless you opt in again. Reply START to request re-enrollment where supported.

Reply HELP for help, email bookedonmute@gmail.com, or call (717) 382-8760. For emergencies, call 911. Text messaging is not an emergency service.

5. Mobile information privacy

BookedOnMute LLC does not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent records. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except service providers that help deliver or support the messages and are permitted to use the information only for that work.

6. Delivery and wireless carriers

Message delivery depends on wireless networks and third-party providers and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and message availability may change.

7. Eligibility and changes

You must be at least 18 or have authority from the mobile account holder to enroll a number. You are responsible for keeping the number accurate and notifying us if it is reassigned.

We may update or discontinue the messaging program or these SMS Terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued participation after an update means the revised terms apply.

8. Contact

Questions about the messaging program can be sent to bookedonmute@gmail.com or handled by calling (717) 382-8760.
